Be the face of DHB Bank! As a Commercial Advisor, you’ll be the key person for customers, guiding them through loan applications, offering tailored advice, and driving business growth. You’ll also foster a network of relationships to boost our brand and meet sales targets.

Since 1992, DHB Bank N.V. has been a key player in the Dutch market. From our headquarters in Rotterdam, we serve private customers with our savings products and offer tailor-made financing solutions to our (international) business clients. DHB Bank also has offices in Germany and Belgium, and a representative office in Istanbul, Turkey.

The Belgian branch of our group has been active since 1999 as a lender in consumer credits and insurances with a network of offices in Brussels, Liège, Charleroi and Antwerp.

The bank’s relatively small size, centralized organization structures and focused business areas with transparent products and services are the main drivers of its flexibility in swiftly adapting to changing environments and client requirements.

About the role

Key responsibilities are:

• Manage loan applications and ensure maximum conversion across channels.
• Build and maintain a customer portfolio through proactive outreach.
• Collaborate with credit decision-makers to negotiate optimal loan terms.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitors to adjust strategies.
• Participate in bi-monthly meetings to align on performance and goals.

About you

• You have a professional work and thinking level. We are open to hire beginners without professional experience, but with a relevant higher education degree.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch. Fluency in French and English is a plus.
• Strong communicator with a customer-first attitude
• Proactive networker, adept at building and maintaining partnerships
• Skilled in problem-solving, multitasking, and working under pressure
• Team player who’s also comfortable working independently
• You are in possession of a driving license B
